The
city in northern France (Dutch: Rijsel) has four universities. Hence,
the student population is a rather high one. When they leave the city
in summer, the number of the city’s inhabitants amounts to
only 50% of the usual figure. The 2008 movie "Bienvenue Chez Les
Ch’tis" deals with the stereotypical images...
